Copyright
Use AI while keeping control of copyrighted content.
Publishers need to control where copyrighted content is used, under whose authority, and how attribution and commercial value are preserved.
Copyright & permitted use
Use only where licensed
Control where publisher, author, and institutional content may be retrieved or distributed. Controlled use protects copyright and commercial value.
AI access ≠ model training. Training and rights remain a separate decision.
Copyright scope
Specify which content can be used, by whom, and for which permitted purposes.
Distribution & attribution
Deliver through approved channels with source links and attribution back to the rights holder.
Model policy
Route content only to approved models or providers whose terms match your policy, while keeping training rights separate from retrieval and inference.
copyrighted content → permitted use → approved AI delivery, with attribution and usage evidence
How it works
From publisher content to AI-ready products.
Razeta turns your content, metadata, access rules, and publishing context into a controlled AI experience that can be packaged and tested.
01Ingest
Content, metadata, transcripts, XML, PDFs, workflow outputs, or source links.
02Organize
Collections by journal, book series, product, topic, program, or license.
03Govern
Rights, licenses, users, organizations, entitlements, and permitted access.
04Index
Chunk, enrich, and optimize for AI retrieval.
05Expose
An MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector, API, embedded search, or agent workflow.
06Measure
Queries, usage, source follow-through, and reporting.
The outcome is a governed AI experience: approved collections, controlled entry points, workflow-aware retrieval, source-linked answers, and usage evidence.
Surfaces
Where your readers already are.
One connection, every AI surface, with no separate integration per tool.
AI assistants
Your collections as a cited source in ChatGPT, Claude, and the assistants readers already use.
AI agents
Any MCP-capable agent can query, within its grant. Or build an agent with the Razeta Agent Builder, tuned by your own experts.
Your portals & sites
Embedded, generative search on your own portals, and a REST API for your apps.
Library & campus assistants
Institutional assistants answering from licensed collections, under that institution’s entitlement.
Control
You set the terms.
Entitlements
Institutional and individual entitlements, verified at retrieval time, with rules as refined as you need: organizations, users, collections, and individual queries.
Licensing
Access itself is packageable: share an entitlement-scoped collection with institutions or partners, and revoke it anytime.
Citations
Answers carry the passages they drew on, with the source metadata: the journal article, book chapter, or dataset, its version, and its locator, resolvable in the platform.
Reporting
Every query logged and metered per collection, usage you can report on.
Questions
Asked early, answered plainly.
Does this mean handing our archive to an AI company?
No. AI tools do not receive your archive. They query, over MCP or the API, and get back only the passages an entitlement allows, at the moment they ask.
Do we have to replace our platform?
No. Razeta sits beside your publishing platform, not in place of it. Hosting, production, and your customer relationships stay where they are; Razeta adds the AI access layer on top.
Do we need Scholar Core to use Razeta?
No. Razeta is standalone: point it at the collections you have. Scholar Core is a separate product, and neither requires the other.
Ask your own collections.
Thirty minutes, your own material, no slide deck.
