Overview

Organizations are under growing pressure to make valuable content easier to control, discover, and use in modern digital workflows. That includes internal knowledge, customer-facing resources, and structured publishing content that must remain trusted, reviewable, and adaptable as expectations change.

Olive Turn helps teams respond with a practical combination of guidance and platform support. Scholar Core provides a structured layer for preview, validation, and controlled content workflows. Razeta extends this into private collections, controlled access, and tailored knowledge experiences connected to external tools and domain-specific workflows. Together, they help turn content into a more usable and reliable digital resource.

Olive Turn is about finding peace as progress is made in complex systems. We help teams make a clear turn toward workflows that are easier to control, validate, and improve.

What we do

We help organizations make valuable content easier to control, validate, discover, and use as AI changes how people work with information. Our work combines practical guidance with platform-backed pilots and tailored implementations.

  • Shape the right starting point with focused strategy and pilot design around content, workflows, and where new AI-driven access can create value.
  • Introduce content production control and validation with Scholar Core through automated accessibility reports, structured audits and previews, and workflow checkpoints that help teams trust what moves forward.
  • Open valuable content to the right people in the right way through Razeta, using private collections, controlled access, and tailored delivery for internal teams and customers.
  • Turn content and expertise into tailored digital experiences through tailored knowledge workflows that combine collections, external tools, and domain knowledge to support discovery, decision-making, and new knowledge services.

Scholar Core

Scholar Core is Olive Turn’s headless content platform for structured publishing and reviewable content workflows. It helps teams ingest, version, audit, and present content through a controlled service layer, with an editorial interface that makes it easier to preview changes, validate quality, and move content forward with confidence.

What it supports

  • A structured review and control point for content before it reaches a publishing platform, or after it leaves one.
  • Version history and lifecycle clarity across drafts, live content, updates, corrections, and removals.
  • Automated validation and accessibility auditing across JATS, PDF, EPUB, and related content, with structured reports that surface issues earlier.
  • Human-reviewed enrichment and audit trails so suggested changes remain visible, reviewable, and attributable.
  • Retrieval and delivery that support modern search and AI workflows without giving up control of the source content.

Selected demos include article rendering directly from pure JATS using the Scholar Core engine, as well as automated accessibility audits across JATS, PDF, and EPUB, with structured findings editors can review and act on. Access is available on request.

The Razeta Platform

Razeta is the new platform Olive Turn is piloting for organizations that want to turn valuable content into a usable, controlled resource for discovery, decision-making, and modern AI workflows. It supports private collections, controlled access, and tailored knowledge experiences connected to external tools and domain-specific workflows.

Where it fits

  • Private knowledge access for organizations that need teams to find and use valuable content internally without exposing everything to everyone.
  • Controlled delivery for customers where valuable content needs to remain accessible in modern workflows without giving up control of access, context, or presentation.
  • Tailored knowledge experiences that combine collections, external tools, and guided behavior to support domain-specific discovery, decision-making, and reuse.

Technical foundation

Razeta is a multi-tenant platform for collection-based retrieval, with chunked and vector-backed indexing, controlled access, source-cited answers, and MCP-based access. It is built to support customized answers and agent-driven workflows.

Razeta is under active development and is being shaped through selected pilot and partner conversations.

Who we are

Olive Turn brings together senior experience in product strategy, publishing workflows, platform design, and AI-driven content systems. We work as a small, hands-on team, combining practical guidance with deep technical delivery.

The work is led by Patrick Hargitt and supported by a small senior engineering team with strong experience in AI-driven applications, content platforms, retrieval systems, access control, and modern application architecture. That combination allows Olive Turn to stay close to customer needs while building real platform capability through Scholar Core and Razeta.

How we work

  • Start with the real problem around content, workflow, or access.
  • Make integration practical and seamless through Scholar Core and Razeta.
  • Build the right level of customization so the result works for your organization.
